Our Vision
CAPAHT is a centre for research, documentation, and reflection on African Pentecostal and Anglican history, biographical theology, leadership, and Christian witness, serving the academy, churches, and society.
Our Mission
- Preserve and curate African Pentecostal and Anglican archival materials and oral histories.
- Promote interdisciplinary research integrating historical, theological, and leadership perspectives.
- Encourage biographical and empirical studies as methods for understanding church history, mission, and leadership.
- Mentor emerging scholars and equip them for research, teaching, and ministry.
- Engage the wider public through lectures, seminars, and publications connecting scholarship with Christian witness.
